STEP 1: Organic Farming

All of our hemp is organically grown in the state of Colorado, in compliance with industry guidelines and 100% organic procedures. Every Sequoia product starts from proprietary strains that are rich in phytocannabinoids for premium full spectrum products.

Our facility and process exceeds the industry’s standard in a state-of-the-art farming process. This enhances the natural cannabinoids within our strains, while also assuring our products are regulated and held to its maximum potential for potency levels and consistency.

STEP 2: Raw Hemp Processing

The plants are then harvested and warehoused for drying. When the plant is ready for production, it is ground into a fine raw powder substance. Once it is processed, it’s then shipped to our manufacturing facility.

STEP 3: Proprietary Extraction and Separation

We use a proprietary hemp extraction and purification process to ensure that all the beneficial phytocannabinoids, terpenoids, terpenes, terpenoids and flavonoids are preserved. The purification process also allows us to remove all unwanted compounds that would originally degrade the product. Resulting in the highest quality full spectrum hemp oil available.

Every drop of our phytocannabinoids rich (PCR) hemp oil is made up of 112 cannabinoids, including CBD, CBDA, CBG, CBN, CBC and THCA. You will also find a variation in compounds between terpenes and flavonoids creating our full spectrum hemp oil.

STEP 4: Distillation Process

After the product is filtered, the oil is then distilled in order to separate the food grade ethanol used in the extraction process. We are actually one of the few manufactures whom uses this food grade ethanol!

STEP 5: THC Removal and Refining

This is one of the most crucial steps in the process, the removal of the most minuscule traces of THC. This is one of the compounds found in the hemp plant that causes all of the psychoactive effects.

STEP 6: In House and Third-Party Laboratory Testing

Every Batch in our production is tested for quality and potency assurance. This allows us to make sure that all of the cannabinoids, terpenes, essential fatty acids and phytonutrients are persistent and pure.

Every batch gets run through our in-house laboratory, and it receives its own Certificate of Analysis and a Certificate of Quality Assurance. These are all available under Lab Reports. Every month we use third-party labs to confirm the certificates are still complaint. Good News! To date, we have haven’t had one batch fail our remarkable testing standards!

STEP 7: Our Proprietary Nano Emulsion Technology

A few of our products requires one extra processing step. The raw hemp oil goes through a proprietary process which allows these molecules to breakdown into nano-sized emulsions. This enhances and maximizes the most bioavailability full spectrum CBD in the industry.

Our competitors hemp derived oil particles are anywhere from 150 to 5000 nanometers in size. While our technology allows us to get between 25-60 in size. This allows for better bioavailability, and more effective absorption.

This Nanoemulsion process allows five times more bioavailability than any other oil based products. What does this do for you? You can use less of our product to achieve the same level of health benefits as you would with most of our competitors.
